Our client, The Yorkshire Big City Co Limited, started on the project back in 2016, and a lot of work has gone into getting the site ready for development. The challenging ground conditions, which included the land being extremely steep, led to significant relevelling and remediation.

With planning secured, site clearance commenced in August and the construction of the new builds is set to start imminently. We look forward to the finished result and will be keeping up to date with ongoing progress.
