A Shade Greener Finance is delighted to be financing this ground breaking new development in Sheffield, the first of its kind in the North of England.

The £500,000 eco-friendly design project KRYNKL - is the first of its type outside London and has won the support of Sheffield Council. Devised by city architectural practice Coda Studios it already has several companies ready to move in, including the Milestone restaurant group and the Trib3 health club and gym.

The containers that form the basis of the complex have been shipped into the UK from China and are now being made ready for the Shalesmoor site close to historic Kelham Island.

Space has also been set aside to encourage start up businesses to move in and take advantage of what is being described as a 'mini creative industries hub'.
