Commercial finance provider ASG Finance is delighted to announce that we have recently completed a multi-million pound facility to support the purchase and development of the Endsleigh Centre in Hull.

The 18-month project will see the refurbishment of the former convent into residential apartments, with the addition of 64 new-build apartments in the grounds. ASG Finance structured a development facility seamlessly followed by a longer-term soft landing facility to allow time for the units to be rented or sold.

After officially closing at the end of March 2015, plans for the well-known Endsleigh Centre were submitted in May of last year. The developer has since said that the site’s existing green space would be retained and that alterations to its current buildings would be minimal.

Having financed the development, it goes without saying that everyone here at ASG Finance looks forward to keeping up to date with its progress and eventually seeing the end result once completed.
